Cancellation Policy

LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE, and INDEMNITY STATEMENT The Renter, for myself, my heirs and personal representatives, spouse, children, guests, servants, agents and invitees, assumes all risks incidental to its use of the link, appurtenances and surrounding areas (the “Premises”). The Renter shall be solely responsible for any and all accidents and injuries to persons (including death) caused by the acts or omissions of the Renter and its guests, including, but not limited to, injury and the link’s agents, employees, licensees and invitees. The Renter shall be solely responsible for property damage caused by the acts or omissions of the Renter, its agents, employees, licensees and invitees. The Renter hereby covenants and agrees to waive any Claims, indemnify and hold harmless the link and its respective directors, shareholders, members, contractors, managers, principals, trustees, officers, employees, agents, contractors and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) against and from any and all claims against the Indemnified Parties of whatever nature arising from any acts or omissions of Renter, its vendors, licensees, agents, servants, employees, invitees or visitors, all claims against the Indemnified Parties arising from any accident, injury or damage whatsoever caused to any person or to the property of any person and occurring during Renter’s use of the Premises, and, all claims against the Indemnified Parties arising from any accident, injury or damage occurring outside of the Premises but anywhere, where such accident, injury or damage results or is claimed to have resulted from an act or omission of the Renter, the Renters’s function or event, or the Renter’s vendors, agents, employees, invitees or visitors (collectively “Claims”). Any and all liability, theft, loss, damage, cost, expenses, including without limitation, attorney’s fees, on account of injury or damage to persons, firms or corporation or to property directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this agreement, the performance or breach thereof, or the use or occupancy of the venue or the premises by the Renter or Renter’s agents, servants, employees, independent contractors, patrons or invitees. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement shall include indemnity from and against any and all liability, fines, suits, demands, reasonable costs and expenses of any kind or nature incurred in or in connection with any such claim or proceeding brought thereon, and the
