A Grateful Goodbye and a Warm Welcome: Celebrating Elaine and Our New Team Members!

On July 25th, during our Member Appreciation celebration, we shared some bittersweet news with our community: Elaine Raby, our beloved Director of Member Experience, is retiring.

Elaine has been with us since the very beginning. She has been more than a team member, but she's been a guiding light. Her warmth, leadership, and unwavering dedication have shaped what the link is today. Elaine made each member feel seen, supported, and valued, and while it’s hard to imagine our space without her smile and spirit, we’re filled with joy knowing she’ll now get to spend more well-deserved time with her family.

Thank you, Elaine, for the way you’ve nurtured this community with grace and heart. You leave behind a legacy of connection that we’ll always carry forward.

As we say goodbye to one incredible chapter, we’re also stepping into an exciting new one. Please join us in welcoming Deanna Bono and Kimberley Wilcox, two remarkable women who are bringing fresh energy, passion, and heart to our team.

Deanna Bono

Member Experience Manager

Deanna is the new face of the member experience at the link. As our Member Experience Manager, she’s focused on creating a welcoming, vibrant, and seamless experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

“I’m here to ensure that every individual who walks through our doors feels supported, connected, and inspired to do their best work — because when our members thrive, so does our community.”

Originally from Long Island, NY, Deanna made a midlife career shift from reading teacher to community-builder when she moved to Florida with her husband and three children. She’s also a writer for her church's app and church volunteer, and a lover of historical fiction and charming bookstores.

“I’m inspired by the growing sense of connection within our community and excited for the dynamic events that will soon bring even more energy and collaboration to the link.”

Outside of work, Deanna finds joy in meaningful conversations, planning intentional getaways with friends, and creating cozy moments with her family.

Whether you need support navigating our offerings or just want to chat over coffee, Deanna’s door is open and she’s ready to help you feel at home.

Kimberley Wilcox

Vibe & Experience Lead

Kimberley brings a deep well of creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to her role. As our Vibe & Experience Lead, she’s responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere within our community.

“I’m eager to share my skills and enthusiasm to make a positive impact on the community’s dynamic.”

With a diverse background that includes owning several businesses, working in health and fitness, and managing design and staging projects, Kimberley’s expertise lies in turning ideas into impactful experiences. Originally from Texas, she now lives in Nocatee with her husband and three teenage sons.

From innovative events to meaningful connections, Kimberley is here to foster a sense of belonging and elevate the everyday experience at the link.

“Visitors and members can come to me for event info, ideas, connection-building — and most of all, to feel welcomed and valued.”

Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her three boys, trying new restaurants, being on the water, and traveling. Her adventurous spirit and creative energy bring a fresh spark to the community experience at the link.
