The link hosted another installment of the Innovation Symposium on April 2, which focused on vibe coding and A.I. agents.
The Innovation Symposium is a recurring program at the link designed to bring forward-thinking professionals into dialogue with emerging ideas, technologies and industries.
One of the pitches at the Symposium introduced the 402. The 402 is a marketplace where A.I. agents can buy services. It is an open marketplace spanning data APIs, automated services and human-delivered work. A.I. agents can even buy services from humans.
Some of the services available to purchase include audio transcription, SSL certificate check, monthly HR support for small businesses, stock market data and PDF generation.
For providers using the 402, payment gating and escrow are handled for you, and you are able to sell subscriptions and digital products.
Once a purchase is made, the provider and the agent can converse back and forth about it to ensure satisfaction.
There were several presenters at the Symposium who went through the Jax Bridges Entrepreneurship Program.
Jax Bridges is a program of the Jax Chamber Venture Services Division and is designed to be a key facilitator for supplier quality and development in Northeast Florida. It helps small and medium-sized businesses build strategy, gain access to capital and contract opportunities, and connect to other entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by providing entrepreneurial education/training opportunities. In the program small businesses will perfect plans, pitches and strategies through entrepreneurial education, teaming and mentoring.
The next Innovation Symposium at the link will be held Thursday, April 9, and the focus will be on health technology. On April 16, the Innovation Symposium will feature the student pitch competition.
